with one fixed rate for a set period

Economy 7/10, day/night, off-peak, weekend savings, static EV tariffs (e.g. a special rate for charging at night)

e.g. agile (rate can change every 30 mins), tracker (rate changes every day), intelligent tariffs (such as intelligent EV tariffs) etc.
