Simon Elam, CoI, EDOL Director, is a Principal Research Fellow and an experienced project manager, including currently as Director of SERL. He is a Co-I on several projects funded by BEIS using smart meter data to evaluate government programmes, and currently manages projects with a combined budget of over £8m.
